We currently monitor ten platforms: CanadaBuys / PSPC (all federal tenders across Canada), MERX (national aggregator covering crown corporations, universities, transit authorities, hospitals, and provincial buyers across Canada), SaskTenders (all Saskatchewan provincial government departments and agencies), SÉAO (Québec’s provincial procurement portal - 2,500+ active tenders), City of Vancouver (Vancouver municipal RFPs, RFQs, ITTs, and prequalifications), City of Toronto (Toronto municipal solicitations via the city’s open data portal), Ontario Government (Ontario provincial procurement), Manitoba Government (Manitoba provincial departments and crown corporations), Alberta Government (APC) (Alberta Purchasing Connection - all provincial departments, municipalities, universities, and crown corporations), and Nova Scotia Government (Nova Scotia Procurement Portal - provincial tender notices). BC Bid and New Brunswick direct are being integrated and will be added automatically. All active sources are checked every night.

When you set up your profile, you describe your business in plain language: what you do, your sector, and your geographic scope. Claude AI reads the full text of every new tender - title, description, requirements, and issuer - against your profile and scores it 0–100 for relevance. Critically, this is not keyword or category-tag matching. Government portals routinely file contracts under the wrong categories, and those tenders would never surface in a standard search. Because we read full text semantically, we find them anyway. Each match also comes with a plain-English explanation of exactly why it was surfaced - so you know immediately whether it's worth your time.

An Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) signals that a government department plans to award a contract to a specific supplier without a competitive process. However, other suppliers have 15 days to challenge this by demonstrating equivalent capability. Early notification is critical. By the time most businesses find an ACAN through manual search, the window has often closed.

Each dimension gets a score out of 5 and a plain-English explanation of why. You also get a one-line summary and a clear Bid or Pass recommendation. It takes about 10 seconds and replaces the 30–60 minutes you'd otherwise spend reading the full tender document just to decide if it's worth pursuing.

No. That's the whole point. Your morning digest email contains everything you need. You only visit the dashboard if you want to adjust your profile, update province preferences, or review your match history.

Only when there's something worth sending. On days when our pipeline finds tenders that match your profile, you'll receive a digest by 6 AM. On days with no relevant matches - which is normal, procurement isn't posted uniformly - you hear nothing. If a full week passes without a match, we'll send a single check-in with suggestions for broadening your profile. You'll never receive filler.

No. When you complete onboarding, we immediately run our matching engine against the past 30 days of tenders across all 10 platforms. Within a few minutes your dashboard and deadline calendar are populated with real opportunities you can review right away - you don't have to wait until the next morning's pipeline to see value.

Yes. Your profile data is encrypted at rest and never sold or shared with third parties. TenderBridge only uses your profile to power your matching, and nothing else. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
